Non-delivery, Faulty or Damaged Goods Claims




New Zealand Orders:

All NZ shipments are sent via courier

Auckland Region Metro: usually delivered next business day for orders received by 3pm
North Island Metro: usually delivered in 2-3 business days
South Island Metro: usually delivered in 2-4 business days
Rural Deliveries: usually 1-3 days longer than detailed above depending on Rural Courier schedules

NB: Some larger items may be delivered by other carriers.
Whilst couriers and other carriers will target delivery times, they will not guarantee these. As such, we suggest you allow a minimum of 4 business days for delivery of your order.

Deliveries can be made to rural addresses (please note rural delivery timings detailed above).

Saturday deliveries can be made in major metropolitan centres at an additional cost of $10.

Overseas Orders:

We regret we are unable to ship orders overseas.
Non-receipt, Faulty or Damaged Goods Claims
 All items should be checked on receipt as to quantity and/or damage. Non receipt or damage must be reported by the Customer to both the Carrier and  Extend Marketing Ltd within five (5) days from the date of delivery or the claim may be rejected by Extend Marketing. Faulty products must be immediately reported to Extend Marketing who will advise as to the course of action. Extend Marketing will replace goods covered by approved claims. In the absence of any such enquiry or claim, the Customer shall be taken to accept the terms on the invoice as correct and accept that the goods specified are as delivered.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Your privacy is important to you, and therefore important to us. Extend Marketing does not share personal details about any of our customers with any third party. We also do not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge.  We only use such voluntarily given information for the purposes for which it was given, for example, when you contact us with a query via e-mail, or purchase products through the website.

When you place an order we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, contact details, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We only share any necessary information with credit card companies in order to process your transactions.
All online purchases with Extend Marketing Ltd take place in a secure environment utilising the latest security technology.

Credit card details are encrypted to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until we process your order.

This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.
